Meet Ralf Wassen
Experience that makes a difference
Ralf brings over 20 years of architecture experience and holds The Open Group’s Master IT Architect certification. His expertise spans Enterprise and Business Architecture, solution and integration architecture, transformation planning and architecture leadership.
He helps organisations connect business strategy with technology decisions through business capability assessments, application landscape analysis, target architectures and practical transformation roadmaps. His work makes priorities, dependencies and investment choices clearer for business and IT stakeholders.
In integration architecture, Ralf helps teams establish reference architectures, select appropriate integration patterns and define clear responsibilities across domains. He applies TOGAF and ArchiMate, alongside Domain-Driven Design where appropriate, to create shared understanding and actionable architectural direction.
Ralf also supports architecture governance and the development of architecture practices. Through competency assessments, training, mentoring and coaching, he helps architects and teams strengthen their skills, improve decision-making and apply architecture consistently in delivery.
